Hand and thumb

Another Zoom portrait using racing green instead of the typical sepia. I like the way the green turned out and picked this snapshot as I thought the inclusion of the hand was interesting. Turned out pretty good I think. Progress. πŸ“ˆ

This piece was done using Derwent Inktense watercolors and water pens, along with a Uninball Eye Micro pen for the outlines.

Cap on (figure #73)

Continuing with the Zoom portraits. This is one of someone looking at another screen and I liked the angle, and the hat, as a nice change of pace from the standard front view.

Still using the larger A4 size of paper for these and it’s fantastic. This was done using Derwent water pens, Inktense Navy Blue watercolor paint, and a Uniball Eye Micro pen.

Self-portrait (figure #68)

Another one for the Zoom series, but this one is me. I don’t do self-portraits often enough as I always find them oddly enjoyable but don’t tend to like the thought of staring at myself so I tend to not do them. They are great practice though and I should do more of them.
