Energy (figure #70)

The trampoline is good for a few things, namely getting energy out of the kids and getting some funny pics along the way. I was going to do this with all brush pens, which I still will, but ended up using my fine pen instead.

Self-portrait (figure #68)

Another one for the Zoom series, but this one is me. I donāt do self-portraits often enough as I always find them oddly enjoyable but donāt tend to like the thought of staring at myself so I tend to not do them. They are great practice though and I should do more of them.

Feet top and bottom (figure #67)

This was a fun little sketch I did in between working on a watercolor with the kids next to me. I like the way the folds on the foot turned out.

Outstretched foot (figure #64)

I liked the challenge of the folds in the foot on this picture. I think it turned out alright, used a 2B and dark colored Derwent drawing pencil on this one.

Wrinkly hands (figure #63)

I liked this picture as a study in trying to capture the emaciated look of the tendons on the back of the hand. Happy with how it turned out.

Zoom portrait with watercolor and pen (figure #62)

Another portrait via Zoom using my trusty Derwent water pens and a Uniball pen.

Zoom portrait in watercolor and pen (figure #60)

Another one in the series of drawing my coworkers on Zoom. š

Hand resting on a surface (figure #59)

A quick 15-min drawing of a hand from quick poses using pencil and a Uniball Eye Micro pen.

Portrait in watercolor pen (figure #58)

A portrait done from a screenshot of Zoom participants. Iām using pencil, Uniball Micro pen, and Derwent watercolours (with water pen) for this.

Figure #52

Definitely stylised figure drawing but good practice with portraits can be had on a zoom call. This was done with Derwent water pens and a travel Inktense water color set.
